Professionally experienced free agents or signed professional Independent league players.IPB staff members will evaluate and instruct daily through a (16 day) professionally formatted spring training. Live game evaluation, instruction, and player education are the key components of these events. Players will be evaluated and instructed daily by professional managers, coaches and scouts from Major League Baseball Organizations and Independent Professional Leagues.
The highlighted component of these events are scheduled games against Major League Baseball Organizations (Rookie Ball or Class A teams). Over the last three years these events have produced over 37% of the players attending, signing professional contracts (121 PLAYERS OVERALL). In 2006- 2009, 51 players signed professional contracts.
International Performance Baseball events are the"Only"events that offer games against Major League Organizations. LIMITED TO 50 PLAYERS

Note: When completing the pre-registration form please indicate in the comments section, which event your interested in attending. Once submitted a staff member will be calling you. (The Mini-Showcase events consist of 3 days, the first day is a practice/game day, the second day is a game day followed by the third day being a grading day.
The 1 day Indy Showcase events will consist of a full day of evaluating players in several defensive and offensive rotations along with a intra-squad game. Note: Check out the Florida Winter Pro Prospects Tour for a longer Showcase events. Players with less than 1 year of college experience must register for either the Florida Fall League or Southwestern Fall League.

Players have options at Orlando International airport (MCO) for transportation to complex. To reserve private shuttle service players need to call IPB office at 714-970-BALL (2255). Shuttle times will be at 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Players will meet outside baggage claim on side A of the airport under the Continental Airline sign. The fee for the private shuttle service is $25.00 each way. The airport to the complex is about 42 miles. The first Arizona event will be held at the Kino Sports Complex (Spring Training Home of the Arizona Diamondbacks) 2500 East Ajo Way Tucson, Arizona 85713.
Lodging will be provided by the (TBA). Shuttle service from Tucson International International Airport (TUC) is available. Player's must reserve a shuttle time by calling IPB office. 714-970-BALL (2255) The goal of IPB's "Mini-Showcase Events" Is to take the tryout format and combine it with the Showcase format. Players will be thoroughly evalauted, but also have the opportunity to play in live games, which is the best way to evaluate!. In some cases a select group will play in a few lives games against Major League Organizations.
All players will have documented scouting reports. This will enable any professional scouts, managers, and coaches or any other baseball representative to see and monitor a particular player. This certainly will lead to players being offered professional contracts along with other college and semi-professional opportunities.
All event rosters will be emailed to each Major League Scouting Director and every professional Independent league team, along with local scouts from Arizona and Florida. Baseball Combine
2011 Baseball Combine May 27-June 5 Arizona Event Florida Event Scottsdale Stadium Cocoa Expo Sports Complex 7408 E Osborn Rd 500 Friday Road Scottsdale, AZ 85251 Cocoa, FL 32926 This is IPB's third event of the year.
This is a (10 day) evaluation/instructional showcase always taking place in Arizona and Florida prior to Major League Baseball’s amateur 2011 June draft. It is very similar in comparison to the National Football League Combine. Player's are evaluated by professional instructors, coaches and scouts from Major League Baseball Organizations and Professional Independent League teams.
The objective is to create exposure which can lead to draft enhancement or a free agent (player) signing a professional contract. This event targets the draft eligible high school or college player but does not exclude the free agent or underclassmen. Live evaluations are made in games that are scheduled against Major League Organizations along with event intra-squad games.
This event will take place at Scottsdale Stadium the Spring Training home of the San Francisco Giants for the Arizona event. The Florida event will take place at the Cocoa Expo Sports Complex former Spring Training home of the Houston Astros. EACH EVENT LIMITED TO 40 PLAYERS

All-Star Catchers Camp
This is IPB's one of a kind annual instructional Catchers Camp. This unique program breaks down the catching position. IPB features former Major League catchers Matt Stark (Toronto Blue Jays/Chicago White Sox) and current Seattle Mariners International Scouting Supervisor (MX) and Jim McNamara (San Francisco Giants) and current agent with the Scott Boras Corporation as instructors.
IPB has been fortunate to add former professional catcher and current college coach Ronnie Deck as part of there catching staff. This 3 day camp targets the areas of receiving, defensive positioning, blocking balls, fielding bunts, passed balls fundamentals, throwing mechanics, foot work and blocking the plate.
Also the event dives into working with a pitching staff, calling a game/pitch selection, detecting weaknesses in hitters, taking control of a game and communicating as a leader on the field. The final day of the event ends with the famous Catchers Olympics which implements most of these areas in a fun formatted timed game. Florida Fall League
Florida Fall League (Purpose) To give current International and Independent League professional players and free agents or college experinced players an exposure based instructional oriented professional formatted Fall League.
The goal is to provide the opportunity to this pool of players Major League Baseball organizational exposure in live scheduled games. Utilizing the 8 team league format for live competition and evaluation. This format provides players 2 different opportunities for exposure, instruction, player development, and professional evaluation.
This simply leads to player's signing professional contracts in an honest and professional manner. NOTE: Current college players may reserve a roster spot, in the event a player is drafted or signs a professional contract, at players request a full refund is in order.
Providing the only Independent based Fall Instructional League. International Performance Baseball is a non-bias professional baseball development company consisting of current professional scouts, managers, and coaches. The sole goal is to educate player's on all professional options that are available and through our events and leagues this will lead player's to signing professional baseball contracts.
All professional leagues and player development options will be disclosed. General Information League is limited to 132 player's which will all be contacted and screened by league commissioner. The Florida Fall League will consist of 6 teams using 22 man rosters. Teams names TBA. All league stats will be accessible to all colleges and professional leagues and scouts. Reporting date is September 20th and the Florida Fall League will run through October 7th. Up to 16 games scheduled against Major League Baseball organizations (Instructional Ball Teams) and Florida Fall League teams.
Opening day is September 23rd. Scouts and staff representing Major League Baseball organizations, Independent and International leagues. Which will include the Atlantic, Canadian-American, Northern, Frontier, Golden Baseball, United, American Association, which have all confirmed attendance. International league representatives and scouts from Mexico, Japan, Korea, Italy and Taiwan have confirmed attendance as well.
Games will be played at the Cocoa Expo Stadium complex facility(former spring training home of Houston Astros). The complex will consists of 7 fields and (Stadium), 4 batting cages, conference rooms, on site cafeteria, lockers, training room, pool, league offices, and a gymnasium. Florida Fall League staff members will include "Current" scouts, managers and coaches from Major League Baseball organizations, Independent and International leagues. Note: All Southern California residents that register for this event can take place in optional workouts with Florida Fall League staff.
No extra charge is assessed. Limited to 160 Players (8 Teams) 20 players per team roster! Pitchers 48 Catchers 14 Position Players 98 This Event is ALL-INCLUSIVE and Provides: Instruction: The Florida Fall League will consist of 18 days of professional instruction and evaluation. A (4 day) Fall training session will take place prior to OPENING DAY! Games: Up to 16 games scheduled against Major League Baseball organizations and Florida Fall League teams. Scouts/Staff Scouts/Staff from Major League Baseball organizations, and Independent/International Leagues in attendance daily.
Hotel: Cocoa Expo Dorms
Uniforms: Team uniforms and practice attire provided for use - Laundered daily.
Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner provided daily in on site cafeteria. Meal cards will be issued upon checking in.
Extras: All players will have documented scouting reports. This will enable professional scouts, coaches, managers and any other baseball representatives to view your professional evaluation and scouting report. This will lead to more players signing professional contracts and or other opportunities at the college and semi-professional levels.

Florida Pro Prospects Tour- September 26-October 2, 2011

Instruction: 7 days of a professional evaluated Winter training/instructional practices and games. Games are scheduled against Florida Semi-Pro teams.
Games: Games will be scheduled over the course of the event for player assessement and evalaution against other Florida Semi-Pro teams.
Scouts: Scout(s) from Major League Baseball organizations, and Independent leagues in attendance daily and will participate as daily staff members. Florida Winter Pro Prospects Tour team roster will be emailed to each Major League Baseball Scouting Director and every front office of each Independent League team. Roster is emailed to local Florida Major League Baseball scouts.
Hotel: Cocoa Expo Complex Dorms
Uniforms: Uniforms and practice attire provided for use - Laundered daily.
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided from on site complex cafeteria. Players will be issued meal card. (Buffet Style) Extras Personal equipment sold at dealers cost for registrants only. Place order by calling IPB office 714-970-BALL (2255).

Sunkist Winter League
January 23rd through February 14th, 2012
SWL Purpose:
To provide free agent baseball players a Winter instructional league to be able to showcase themselves for the opportunity to sign professional contracts, or for those players currently under contract, to enhance their skills and showcase themselves against Major League Organizations in additional Sunkist Winter League games.
To assess and evaluate players for the 2012 Independent League seasons. Expose and network players to other Independent leagues and Major League Organizations for the 2012 season.
To bring baseball fans in the Southeastern United States, baseball enjoyment during the beautiful Florida Winter weather.
Over 175 Players from events ranging from 2003 - 2011- International Performance Baseball events have provided, players signing professional contracts with the Golden Baseball , Frontier League, the Northern League, the American Association, Continental League, United League, Can-Am, South Coast, North American, Central, Western and several Major League Organizations
The most successful developmental league in getting players signed to pro contracts, including players signed during the league by Major League Organizations and Independent Leagues. Contracts offered during and at the end of the SWL event.

3 Day "Pre Opening Day training" starting January 23, 2012
6 Teams selected with Opening Night starting on January 26, 2012
4 week season with Pre Season Training followed by games 4-5 days per week and days of instructional work customized to players needs.
At conclusion of the Sunkist Winter League, each player with have professional documented scouting report.
Scouts, Managers, and Coaches representing Major League Organizations, Can-Am League, Frontier League, American Association, North American, Colombian, Mexican and Columbia Winter League will act as staff members or will be attending event.
Games will be played at the newly renovated Cocoa Expo Sports Complex, former home of the Houston Astros Spring training, in Cocoa, Florida. The complex has six fields, including the 5,500 seat Cocoa Expo Stadium, and fully stocked training room with 2 batting tunnels amd complex pool and gymnasium.
Championship Awards will be presented at the end of the season at the Awards Banquet honoring the SWL Champion.
Game/Player statistics will be reported to www.pointstreak.com . All Major League Scouting Directors will be invited to attend.
Rules:
Player must be 18 years or older at the start of the league (Jan. 23, 2012)
Players must have minor league, collegiate, or high school experience
Fees:

Matt Stark: Former 1st round draft pick by the Toronto Blue Jays in 1983, Stark is going on to his 28th year in professional baseball with stints as a hitting coach for the Florida Marlins 2003-2006, and a stint with the Seattle Mariners as a International Scouting Supervisor 2006-2009. Stark is the current Field Manager for the McAllen Thunder in the North American League.
