Kash Beauchamp
Kash provides a very unique private one-on-one hitting program for iPB. This program is to attract college experienced, current professionals and free agent players with the intent of improving their offensive game in all aspects. A minimum of five days is required for Kash to be able to analyze and evaluate your offensive mechanics and potential. Along with Kash's evaluation, he will implement the mental side of becoming a successful college or professional hitter. Kash has the ability to customize a program to meet your needs. Packages are offered which include lodging and food in the Wichita,Kansas area. Kash is has taken on the new task in 2008 as the Field Manager of the American Association Wichita WingNuts.

Matt Stark
Matt offers private and group lesson packages in the Southern California area. Customized packages are offered for players and groups. These packages can consist of hitting, catching, base running, fielding, bunting, throwing, and pitching. Matt works with all ages from little league to the professional level. He also is directly involved with iPB's year round baseball developmental program. This consists of private lessons, live game scouting, written evaluation and video analysis. Matt is currently an International Scouting Supervisor (MX) for the Seattle Mariners.

Les Lancaster
is the newest addition to the iPB roster of professional coaches. A former Major League Pitcher with the Chicago Cubs, Detroit Tigers and St. Louis Cardinals, Les amassed 41 wins and just 28 losses with a 3.96 ERA during his Major League career. Les now serves as the Manager of the Reno Silver Sox of the Independent professional Golden Baseball League. Les is an exceptional instructor of Pitching mechanics and the mental approach to pitching, and his vast experience is an asset to the iPB team of professional instructors. Les's Reno Silver Sox were crowned 2006 Golden Baseball league champions and Les was also named manager of the year. Les is going into his second year as the Director of Baseball Operations and Field Manager of the American Associations Sioux City Explorers.

Jeff Isom
Drafted out of Purdue University in 1993 by the Pittsburgh Pirates. Went on to pitch professionally for seven seasons in the minors with Pirates, Padres, and Fargo of the Northern League. Jeff has managed seven seasons of professional baseball, Five years in the Frontier League (Canton Crocodiles, Washington Wild Things, and Traverse City Beach Bums)and two years in the Northern League (Joliet JackHammers), currently managing in Traverse City. Jeff always tries to make his "value" increase. Jeff in 2007 has took on the task of joining the Milwaukee Brewers and becoming a manager in there minor league system in Helena of the Pioneer league.
